Move MathCAD 13.1.3 License

I am finding it very hard to find out from the website how to move a MathCAD 13.1.3 license from one server to another.

I am unable to find out whether my company are still under a maintenance agreement for MathCAD or who I would talk to to find this out. I have no information of Customer Number/Contract Number/Order Number/Site Number to be able to talk to someone at PTC, nor if this was bought from a reseller. This is because it is such an old version and there are no longer any staff members around who would have been involved in the support/purchase/etc. of the software.

It appears that the community may be my only hope as the phone numbers listed on the website cannot be called from my work and there is no email address for PTC to talk to.

Can anybody help me?

Hi Nick,

1. To move the license you need to use "Reconfigure Software Licenses" option on PTC site: https://www.ptc.com/appserver/lm/rsl/reconfig.jsp

2. Try to contaci with PTC's reseller from your region (they can tell about PTC's software status for your company), "Find a Software Reseller" here: http://www.ptc.com/appserver/search/resellers.jsp
