New service release M010 of Mathcad Prime 2.0 is available under "Order or Download Software Updates" on PTC's site, here: https://www.ptc.com/appserver/cs/software_update/swupdate.jsp

"Mathcad Prime 2.0 Help Center" now is available on the Internet (it works better with Internet Explorer): http://www.ptc.com/cs/help/mathcad_hc/prime2_hc/index.jspx

You can choose your language by clicking on the tab "Configuration" (yellow star) and then select "Language":

The keyboard shortcuts pdf still is faulty. E.g. "{" is unfortunately NOT a shortcut for local assignment as it used to be.

This only works if you press "Shift + {".

No, unfortunately not. Sure due to localized (German) keyboard layout. To get "{" I have to press "Alt-Gr + 7". Combination with Shift not possible.

By trial and error I found that pressing "?" (that is "Shift + ß") does the job.

Not a single of the seven shortscuts you copied from the PTC keyboard manual is working. For some you can find the keystroke by trial and error, for the two else commands I was not lucky.

PTC sure should fix this!

I use Russian/English keyboard layout (and Mathcad Prime 2.0 M010 with Russian language) and shortcut "Shift + {" works fine for me. Can you change keyboard layout to English and test it?

P.S. Anyway I sent this issue with keyboard shortcut to tech support.

Switching Prime2 to English from default German with parameter "/culture:en-US" does not change anything.

Switching the keyboard layout obviously would not be an option. But of course it "works", the keybd short for local assignment is now "Shift + ü" instead of "Shift + ?". BTW, the "ß/?" on German keyborads is right to the "0" in the top row, the "ü/Ü" right to the "P" in the second row from the top (not counting function keys).

And, no - I won't change the physical keyboard of my notebook! 😉
