'No Solution found'

Hi,

I'm trying to solve a 16 equation, 16 unknowns simultaneous equation but keep getting 'no solution found'.

I am recreating a worked solution that i've seen (albeit in a newer version of mathcad) although i don't have the original file, only a screenshot of the code.

 

I can't seem to get this to work, any advice is appreciated.

Use plese at first the minerr function. Usse solution as guess values and than use the Find function!
