Odesolve - Too Many Initial Conditions or Variable Not Defined, Chemical_Engineering, Mathcad Usage

Hello,

 

I'm trying to solve these three ODEs for cell growth, ethanol production, and glucose consumption. It keeps giving me either Too few initial conditions, or variable not defined. I've trippled checked it and there seems to be all of the correct multiplication signs and such. Please let me know where I went wrong.
