Optimisation of pressure angle for disc cam size determination

Hi,

I'd like to solve the the problem on disc cam profile generation. In the disc radius, roller radius and eccentricity are the parameters. I am interested to optimise pressure angle.

where Base circle radius,   is eccentricity  ,

is displacement function

and   is velocity function.

I'm not sure how to do this in MathCAD. CAn anybody help to optimise pressure angle. pressure angle should not be greatter than 30 degrees.

The end goal is to optimize Pressure angle to  a certain disc radius, roller radius and eccentricity.

What condition defines the "optimum" pressure angle?  We have a constraint (less than or equal to 30 degrees) but what is "optimum"?
