PTC Mathcad Prime 6.0 Student Edition – One Year Term License trying to download PTC Mathcad 15.0

I bought PTC Mathcad Prime 6.0 Student Edition – One Year Term License and I am trying to download PTC MathCad 15.0 and When on the Mathcad License Setup page on PTC mathcad version 15.0, when it says to enter my account information it will not accept my username and password but I can sign in on my account directly online on www.ptc.com like it says in the error message. Please Fix

Could you share snapshot of error you receive on entering credentials in setup?

Do you have license file for Mathcad Prime 6.0? If yes, try to configure the same with Mathcad 15.0, it should work.

And, if you do not have license file already then contact PTC Web Account Administration team by logging a case here https://support.ptc.com/support/feedback/web-account.htm and request to reset your password.

Once, password is reset, check if it helps.
