Why is everything underlined?
I checked tools/Preferences/Warnings.....nothing is on
It is your font setting for 'variables'.
Select one such thing and go to 'Format'=> 'Equation' (or so) in the menu to change it.

To get the numbers underlined as well, change the font of the 'constants' to include 'underline'.....
