What you demand concerns the way the DISPLAY option is implemented and this only could be done by PTC. At the time being PTC has decided for the angle to be displayed in the range of (-180°; 180°] which is quite common and its only them who could add an option for another angle range.

If you feel better doing so you may add a suggestion in the idea section of this forum.

 

The way you define your complex number does not matter, as its the same number anyway and so it will also displayed the same way:

Of course you could write your own functions to display a complex number in a way which is similar

but the results aren't numbers which you could use the normal way.

Sure you also could write functions to convert the displayed structure back to a normal number, but I would consider this all as to much hassle for every day work.
