The menu items under the Math / Regions are all grayed out. Is this the correct behaviour?
Do you use the express version of Mathcad Prime 4.0?
It doesn'seem like the correct behaviour:

But after grabbing this picture, with the mouse out of the Prime window, so Prime doesn't have 'the focus', I see:
