Prime 5-7 plotting bug - temperatures

This seems to be a bug.  Prime 7 won't plot degree C or F on the x-axis of a plot.  (Kelvin and Rankine work fine).  And degree C/F seem to work fine on the y-axis.  (I know degrees are technically functions and not units in mathcad, but this worked in version 4.  )  Is this a bug or a quirk?  any workaround (besides using absolute temp - which isn't very practical)  

Prime 4 file attached.  open in 5-7 and refresh and you should see the error.

Did you Calculate the worksheet? 

I saw the problem in Express 7, even when I created a new Plot.

Yeah,  forgot to re-calculate.

Now I can confirm it's OK in Prime 4, broken as of Prime 5.

Interestingly, rankine and the delta temperatures all display as one would expect.

Rankine, Kelvin, and delta temperatures are true units.  Centigrade (Celsius?) and Fahrenheit are post-script functions.

We have a similar issue logged in our bug tracking system. Hope we will get to it sooner rather than later.

I reported this issue when Prime 6.0 was released.  Luc is correct, it was working in v4, but broken in 5.0 and 6.0.  Was hoping it would be fixed in v7.0, but no such luck. Maybe version 8.0?  Interestingly, I can't find my Case or SPR in the database now.

I was just informed by PTC that this issue is fixed in Mathcad Prime 8.0 (Expected Release Date March 2022).

PTC provided a workaround for now.  But should be fixed in 8.0  

 To enter the equation do the following:

Type T

Add the Scaling operator (Ctrl-Shift-u) or via operators menu

Add Parenthesis (Note:  DO NOT use the unit parenthesis that are in the plot)

Add degree F unit from Units menu

Add -1 exponent

Should look like this: (Note little dot after T and the exponent is located lower than normal.

It is fixed in Mathcad Prime 8. You will see the fix when it will be released.
