As per the original post..
my situation is similar to Jamie’s. I bought a single perpetual license (at least that is what I thought I purchased) many years ago and therfore I have no SCN or an SON number, only the product key.
Now I have a new computer and due to the current situation I can’t get a new license file.
Can you forward me to the customer/technical support, so that my mathcad 15 license will be transferred to my new computer.
