This results in a curve like this: I have found no way to correct the exponents on the two extreme points. The curve should be smooth.
Hi,
Could you please upload the Mathcad worksheet and Excel workbook.
Thanks
Terry
I'm sorry, but that's a completely incomprehensible question!
Not only do you fail to specify whether you are using Mathcad or Prime (judging by the image, it's probably Prime—which version?), you also don't say anything about what you are actually doing and what the problem is.
You just mention “READEXCEL” and cryptically add ‘Before’ and “After.” 'Before' and 'After' what process? What are your doing? The data you show is probably copied from two columns in Excel, with the values in the second column being exactly 100 times larger, and two values even 1000 times larger.
How did this second column with the changed values appear in Excel? What did you do? It couldn't have been READEXCEL, because this command doesn't change anything in the Excel file! So what exactly do you want to show with this modified values??
When I copy your “Before” data into an Excel file in column A, read it into Prime 11, and then write it back to column B with WRITEEXCEL, the data does not change at all. Neither in Prime nor in Excel!
Prime:
Excel:
So what's your problem?? What process does your cryptic “before” and “after” refer to, and what does this all have to do with the graph shown and the peaks you mentioned?
