Simultaneous equations not solving MathCad 15. Normal Distribution/Weibull

Hello Everyone, 

im trying to match normal and weibull distribution.

The probability density and inverse cumulative probability distribution for probability of 0.25 for both distributions

should be equal. I have to find two Weibull parameters (3rd parameter = 0). I´ve tried solve block but its not working. 

Can someone help me?

"Find" alone will not do anything! have you tried "Find(k,u)=" ?

You'll have to define a specific value for x. You can't use a range here.

Try your luck with this:

Maybe you can evaulate W(x) symbolically and then display the result numerically. (Mathcad 11 can)
