Spiral

I want to make a cylinder, and it has a hollow inner spiral. I can make a hollow inner spiral,but how can I make it inserted in a cylinder.

The picture shows a object, but it doesn't satisfy my requirement.I need a hollow inner spiral.

I'm a beginner to Pro/e, but I have limited time to finish thsi object. So can someone help me? Thanks in advance.

I think you're in the wrong forum, you in the MathCad.

You should go to: creo / modeling, which will be more suitable for your question.
