Unable to move the license to a new host id.

Hi,

I'm trying to move my license to a new host ID. I am now in the software deinstallation agreement but even I keep pressing "I agree" nothing happens. The agreement window doesn't close and doesn't proceed to the next step. Please help.

Hi,

if you have commercial license then:

• go to https://www.ptc.com/en/support?msg=1 page
• login
• go to https://support.ptc.com/apps/licensePortal/auth/ssl/advsearch page
• enter Host ID
• click Search button
• select Mathcad item
• click Move License button
• enter requested information and move the license
