Hello Folks,
I have prepared the 45 pages sheet in Mathcad Prime 10 while the person who wants to access the sheet has prime 9, and Mathcad is not backward compatible. So the solution I found was to install the Prime 9 and 10 in the same system and copy from 10 and paste it in 9, now when i'm trying to paste the message is popping up saying "Unable to paste the specified object due to : PrimeObject Log file is located at C:\Program Data\PTC\Mathcad Prime\Logs\MathcadPrime_Exception_20240706_124750.log". Does anyone has the solution on how we can resolve this ?
Because of the silly and user-unfriedly way copy&paste is implemented in Prime, you have to copy each math region one by one and not all in one go. Even worse when it comes to text regions or solve blocks. Welcome to the world of PTC ...
Your companion might consider to install Prime10 in his machine, without licensing it, so effectively using Prime 10 express. It would allow to open the worksheet and view the results, but any changes requiring recalculation would only work if your sheet does not use any of the 'Premium' functions. I suppose you did not use any of the new features introduced in Prime 10....
Success!
