I am using Prime 5 for a large file (50 pages) primarily consisting of program modules. The Prime 5 code breaks done every 15 minutes with this message:
An Unhandled exception occurred. See C:\ProgramData\PTC\MathcadPrime\Logs\
MathcadPrime_Exception_29201225_174635.log for more information. Prime will attempt to save any modified files and close. Please restart the application.
The corresponding information is not available because the directory \logs\etc. cannot be found.
The error occurs during editing and during calculation.
I use Prime 5 since several years on smaller files without similar problems.
Has anybody experience with this problem?
