In another thread you wrote that you checked the converter when you installed Prime and nonetheless the converter does not show up for you in Prime.
Did you already contact PTC support and what did the suggest?

I didn't contact them because I'm almost done using the program anyway. Sorry for keep asking to convert my files, hopefully it's the last time I ask 😅
