Hello,

 

I need to have a conversation with support, licensing for ths product seems to be a joke and I am having issues.

 

Brand new customer, just purchased the software.  no phone numbers for support is such a pain.

It took until Monday to get my customer# etc.  Not sure if it was the result of a ticket or just took that long to send it,  thank you for the assistance you did provide.  Should not be as hard or take as long as it did.

Installing and licensing this PTC software never was easy and I think the process was already modified a few times. Obviously its still not simple and intuitive enough as PTC found it necessary to open a separate subforum here which deals exclusively with that kind of problems.

So maybe you can find a solution for your problem here

Either by browsing through the various  threads (especially the pinned ones at the top!) or by asking your question there.

 

According PTC support I thought that opening a case here
https://support.ptc.com/apps/case_logger_viewer/cs/auth/ssl/log
would do the job!?  Have you already tried or didn't you find it (PTCs homepage still is a nightmare to navigate and its very slow).
Maybe @VladimirN@Harry_Seth  or @DJNewman  can give more details concerning getting in touch with the right people.

 

EDIT: Ooops, DJNewman was faster! His reply did not show up when I started my reply.
