Hi,
I have a file made in prime 9 and when I tried to open today and I could not open. I have copied this file from an original file. I made a minor update on the copied file but I could not open while the original, I could.
I attached the file herein for reference. Thank you.
The file somehow got corrupted/truncated. Unfortunately this happens quite often when using Prime - especially with larger files which contain lot of pictures.
Find attached what I was able to reconstruct - but there seems to be a lot missing.
So it may be the better option to take the older file and do the minor updates again.
Thanks Werner. Indeed, there are a lot of items that are missing.
Hi,
where is your file stored? In directory located on local disk?
Hi Martin,
The file is stored in the local disk which is part of a one drive.

Hi,
I guess that working with Mathcad file saved on OneDrive disk is not safe.
I wouldn't say that Mathcad files saved on OneDrive isn't safe. We do that a lot internally at PTC.

Hi,
simple question ... Does PTC officially support storing data on OneDrive? Personally, I doubt it.
Officially, we do not support that: https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS366123
