Hello can anyone help me with opening a .mcd file ? its very urgent and I dont have version 15. I have 11 prime for 30 days only.

As long as you are in the 30 day trial period you should be able to use the built-in converter and convert the file yourself. In case you did not check the box to install the converter you can run the installation again and add the converter.
Anyway, find attached the converted file for P11 as it ran off the converter. Usually converted files need a lot of post-processing on your part. Not only because page breaks and general layout need to be changed but also because Primes converter often applies wrong labels which results in "variable not defined" errors or in plots not showing. If this happens, try to manually change the label from whatever it is (possibly "-" for automatic) to "Variable".
To make post-processing easier I also attach a pdf of how the file looks in real Mathcad for your reference.
It seems to be part of a larger set of files. The global definitions of file names at the end does not make sense as they aren't used anywhere in the sheet.
