(yet another) insert image fail - prime 2.0

hi all,

i'm trying to insert an image into a prime 2 worksheet.  i can copy/paste it or use the "insert image region"  tool then browse to it.  many different formats show up in the sheet properly (jpg, png, bmp, tif, gif) but when i try to save, i get an error.

how do i get na image into the sheet?

No problem with Mathcad Prime 3.1.

how do you do it in prime 3?  cut/past?  or do you use insert image region then browse to file?

Both methods work fine in Prime 1.0 on my computer.  Unless there is something specifically wrong with version 2.0, I don't think upgrading is necessary to resolve the issue (although, upgrading to version 15 might be wise).

Have you tried an uninstall/reinstall of Mathcad?
