Failed to connect kepserver to Thingworx platform

Hi @AhmedSaafan ,

It seems there is an configuration issue at your Kepware side. Can you validate issue by setting  connection settings values as below:

• Trust self-signed certificates = Yes
• Trust all certificates = No
• Disable encryption = No

Hi @AhmedSaafan ,

Can you please double confirm the port number is 8443 for thingworx server (it might be 443). Also please check thingworx server is reachable from the server where KepServerEX is installed.

I don't know how to know that Thingworx server is reachable for kepserver 

there is something called SSL error always occurring in event log

Can you try to do telnet with you <ip of your thingworx server><port>  and try?

Hi @AhmedSaafan ,

Telnet is basically used to check the connectivity between two servers. Its upto you which approach you use to validate the connectivity between ThingWorx Server and Kepserver machine.
