Hey @ssriuaipornchai
the second field is the duration and not the end time of the shift. So in your case you have to enter 08:00 for start time and 09:00 for the duration (9 hours from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm).
Multi shift is not available out of the box but can be implemented by customizing the KPI calculation.

Sorry i have to correct my self after talking to our product management team.
You have to write your own service in Thingworx Composer that calculates the KPI´s based on your shift mode. The current version does not support adjustments in the existing calculations.
We are currently working on a flexible and configurable KPI calculation that also supports multi shift models. This is planed for the next major release in June.

Hi @ssriuaipornchai ,
With current implementation of manufacturing apps, we are limited when it comes to time management in general. We are planning to implement this feature in future releases.
Thanks,
Himanshu

The Thingworx 8.5 which was released last Friday has newer Shift capabilities. It will support multiple shift and calculation of KPI based on shift.
