Greetings Yonkim,
The From Address will be the email address that is to appear in the From field of the email message and SOCKS host information are to be used only if you are using SOCKS protocol to communicate between client and server .
Basically Socket Secure (SOCKS) is an Internet protocol that exchanges network packets between a client and server through a proxy server.
If you are using SOCKS proxy server for communication , then you need to provide the host name and port number.
Thanks,
