RTPPM OEE Calculation at Work Center Level

In RTPPM 10.0 the OEE gets calculated at Work Unit Level but when I check the OEE at the Work Center level in KPI Dashboard or reports it shows 0. Any suggestion if I have missed any configurations?

Sadly by default the KPI Dashboard does not calculate the OEE on the parents, we have to select the specific equipments that have the models on them (Workunits). We do have existing requests in the backlog to add this feature (PSPT-75740, PSPT-75815) but at this time it's not available using the out-of-the-box functionalities, it would require custom code to accomplish using the current release.

I want to make sure that if you select the Workunits, their KPIs do appear correctly in the dashboard. If not : is it all the columns (OEE, Availability, Performance, Quality), or just some of them? If it's just some of them, you can also click on them to view the calculation details and see which numbers are missing. There's knowledge base Article that you can search on our website to debug specific missing numbers, you can also feel free to reply here and/or create a support ticket for this. Another good indicator is to check if numbers are missing in the Operator Dashboard screen, as those are the currently active values that will be used to calculate the KPIs.
