Hi KG
I see this was answered elsewhere, but we also need to keep track here in case someone finds this and wonders what the solution was.
So there's 2 suspects for not seeing CWC in the download links. The first suspect is that maybe the selected version of Thingworx doesn't have a compatible CWC download. For example, there is no CWC download link under Thingworx 9.2. But since this is about Thingworx 9.3, this should not be the issue.
The problem here was there was the second suspect : licensing issue. As per this Article, to solve that you need to contact your Contact Partner Manager from PTC. And if you can't contact this person, open a PTC support ticket so your licensing issues can be reviewed.
Expand "ThingWorx Utilities" section:
From "Help Center" - "CWC Clean Installer": https://support.ptc.com/help/thingworx_applications_setup/r1.0/en/index.html#page/applications_setup/CWC_Clean_Running_Installer.html#
No, it's not under Thingworx Utilities. It would be further down the list : "ThingWorx Connected Work Cell (CWC)".
See my other comment : make sure the correct version of Thingworx was chosen, and if that doesn't work then reach to your PTC contact (or Support) to debug licensing issues.
