User unable to Edit Migrated Posts

Hello,

 

I have a migrated post, https://community.ptc.com/t5/IoT-AR-Tech-Tips/Troubleshooting-Steps-for-ThingWorx-Analytics-Packer-S...

 

I am the original author, and the content is locked. I am unable to edit or modify this post.

 

I want to update formatting, since this was a known issue in the transition,

Hi @nsampat,

 

Users are only able to edit posts on the Lithium platform for 24 hours after the post date. This is a community-wide policy/setting (see https://community.ptc.com/t5/Community-Feedback/How-to-edit-update-blog-entry/m-p/499015/highlight/t... for more info).

 

Users who have a content edit can use the Notify Moderator feature to request specific edits (edits should be included in the notification along with a justification for why it needs to be changed). However, please note that changing the formatting of a post is not a reason to notify the moderator. 

 

The formatting is a known UI issue that Marketing Ops is working on with Lithium. We hope that it will be addressed in a future UI update.
