License issue with Creo Elements Express 8.0

I have installed Creo Elements Express 8.0 and when I try to launch it, appears this message: 

I have an account in PTC.com but I don´t know where to set it.

During the installation with the InstallShield wizard, did you get this step:

"In the Activation window, enter your PTC.com account email address and password"

Maybe you should re-install Modeling Express to get this window.

I re-installed Modeling Express several times, but it didn´t appear the Activation window.

I use Creo Parametric 8 in the same PC. Meybe there is a problem with that?

Creo Parametric and Modeling Express are two products completely different. They have no effect on each other.

Stupid question: is your PC connected to internet?

Less stupid, is there any specially configured proxy or special configuration of internet access on your PC?

For Modeling (the full version), the license server uses the port 17171. I do not know if Modeling Express uses the same port, but try to unlock this port if it is locked.
