I am trying to install Creo 4.0 (student version), using the instructions provided in one "install_creo4_schools_standards" pdf file, where I am provided with the product code "BE410708EDSTUDENTEDK12". However, when I enter this code in the "Simple License Entry" box and then enter my account information, the setup remains stuck on "processing..." (as shown in the picture).
Does anyone have any idea why that might be?

I'd say that something is blocking the connection between your computer and the licensing server. Please make sure that you temporary disable the antivirus and firewall during the licensing process.
