I tried opening my creo 4.0 and this error message keeps popping up:
C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing\BK390206EDSTUDENTEDK12_license.dat:(-1)Cannot find license
I tried inporting the file through the PTC Installation Assistant but it is still giving me this eeror message
Does the error message actually have the sad emoticon in there...? 🙂
I think it's better to contact PTC support for this problem.
