Help with concept model

I'm currently trying to reproduce the concept model that Jordan made on this week's Robotalk, but I'm having a tough time with it. I'm not sure if its the fact that I'm still using 2.0, and he was running 3.0, or if I'm doing something else completely different.

I'd like to get this figured out, so I can assist my teams this weekend as they work on their plans.

Capture1.JPGWhen I open up a new assembly, my model tree looks different from Jordan's. I don't have the datums displayed in the model tree like he did.

Capture2.JPGThis is how Jordan's model tree looks.

Capture4.JPGWhen I click create, and try to "copy from existing", there is nothing to copy. Is there a setting I need to change that will allow me to see all the datum planes within my model tree? They appear correctly when I'm creating a part, but not an assembly.

Thanks

Hi Ryan,

This is a simple fix! The difference that you saw between yours and Jordans is you don't have the Schools configuration. Below is a guide that shows you how to install it:

http://apps.ptc.com/schools/references/config_creo_schools.pdf

If you have any questions or if things still look different, please let me know!
