Hi,

license file mentioned on the picture contains Creo 5.0 license (see version 36.0). I guess you installed Creo 5.0 in the past.

You have to empty C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory before starting Creo 6.0 installation !

Please read following documents:

Hi,

search Community for the error message.

Maybe https://community.ptc.com/t5/System-Administration/Creo-4-0-mistake-0x06000012/m-p/484701 helps you to resolve the problem.

Hi,

C:\ProgramData directory is hidden, to see contents of C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory, you have to type this path into File Explorer's address bar manually -OR- apply https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4028316/windows-view-hidden-files-and-folders-in-windows-10 procedure.
