License request failed for feature in Creo 4.0

I have installed creo 4.0 using this product code
BK410705EDSTUDENTUNICL
But when tried open and use Creo 4.0
I'm getting a warning message as"License request failed for feature"&
"Invalid feature name:[FEATURE NAME]"

Then after clicking ok in that warning dialog box
Another one opens and says
"EFX failed to load"
and after clicking "ok" in that dialog box, the software gets completely closed

I don't know what to do for this issue
If anyone out there has a solution for this, pls suggest it
Thank you!!!

Hi,

open Windows Explorer and go to C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory. You should see license file located in it (name is similar to BK410705EDSTUDENTUNICL_license.dat). The file contains Creo license. If you do not understand the contents of the file, upload it and I'll provide and explanation.

How to use license file during installation ...

  • You can un install Creo and install it again from the scatch.
  • Do not enter Poduct code, put path to license file into Source field.
