PTC Creo 3.0 wont start

PTC Creo 3.0 wont start

Hello,

I'm Asyraf student from Malaysia. I have a problem when i click creo paramatric 3.0. The Application wont start and the process came out from the task manager as "Creo 3.0 from PTC" but nothing happen.

Could anyone know the problem? I try reinstall a few times and try to install creo parametric only but it did not work. I already uninstall mks platform.

Hello,

Could you check in the folder C:\Program Files\PTC\Creo 3.0\MXXX\Parametric\bin and see if there is a file there named "parametric.exe"? Sometimes antivirus software and firewalls can block the install.
