Reports - How to use decimal '.' instead ',' for real numbers

We are using Creo to create our Bill Of Materials. We have modified every part and added, Price, Supplier, Rule (FTC Game Rule Allowing The Part), and Description parameters. Then in a drawing, we create the table. This works really cool. As we add parts to the robot, the BOM is automatically updated and it includes the game rules for using the part. It also provides a total cost to the robot. But the number show up as 13,050 and not 13.050. I know this the "European Style". Where can change it so that it is decimal? We just used a Blank A drawing for the drawing template. We do use the metric template as our default template for the robot assembly.

Also while on topic, can we have it to two decimal places than 3 so it show 13.05 instead of 13.050.

Try File, Prepare, Drawing Properties, pick Change from the Detail Options row and then pick the open icon, Drawing Setup Directory, 3d_inch.dtl, Open, OK, Close. Once changed, just refresh the screen (Ctrl-R) to update the table. If required, you can also Regenerate the drawing.

To change the number of decimal places displayed for the paramter, just add [.n] to the end of your paramter in the repeat region, where n = the number of decimal places. Ex. asm.mbr.cost[.2] You cannot enter [.n] when picking the report paramter, so you'll have to add it after picking the parameter. Same is true for your summation paramter.

For more information on BOM tables in a drawing, check out the Creo Help Center topic named "Working with Drawing Tables". It is located under Creo Parametric, Detailed Drawings.

It can be tricky to get your repeat region and parameters setup, but once it's all working, you'll have a very consistent way to report the information in your assembly.

Thank you. It worked great. Attached is our BOM so others can see what it looks like. We just know have to "pretty" it up. Font is a little to thick for the printing. And we need to add team name and logo. We also are probably going to have to add a page break.
