Some students cannot log into Windchill project

Hi,

My FTC team set up a Windchill account/project last year, but because we were a rookie team, we were overwhelmed with new stuff to learn and never used it.  I did load in the KOP (don't remember the process I used) and think it is OK as is. Today as we were accessing Windchill as a Creo team, a couple of students could not get in despite having a PTC account. The message they received was

Any idea why two students got in and two did not?

Also, we are looking for a clear process to follow as a design team for checking out and checking in parts and saving new assemblies, etc. to Windchill. The only instructions I found were for loading the KOP and these in another thread on the community:

https://github.com/frc-4931/2014/wiki/PTC-CAD

https://github.com/frc-4931/2014/wiki/Adding-CAD-Models

The Quick Start Guide shows what everything in Windchill is, but there's no process to it.

I appreciate any help you can give with these two items.

Linda Stewart‌, there is a document in the FIRST Community named How to Import the CAD KOP into Windchill? you can start with. I'll take a peek at your Windchill Project to see if there are any issues.

Thanks Scott. We've seen the import KOP document, but we need a clear process for building new models using the KOP and saving them in Windchill once the KOP is there. Is there a document describing the steps for that?

Linda
