the tale design

On the design can you use ailerons, and where are the pictures of the business jet.

See the PRO-E models for the geometric definition of the fuselage and wing with reference geometry (thrust lines and ground plane on rotation). Aileron design is not needed for this State challenge. Ailerons are located on the wing and are used for roll control. Your design should not include any control surfaces (ailerons, flaps, spoilers, elevators, rudders, tabs, etc). This is to simplify the challenge given the time constraints. The horizontal tail for example should be build from simple airfoil shapes (not a compound horizontal stabilizer, elevator, and trim tab). Be aware that to balance pitching moments that you will likely need to adjust the incidence of the horizontal tail in lieu of not having an elevator.
