Creo 3.0 Student License expired renewal won't work

Hello,

The student license expired and i'm trying to renew it, i found the relicensing guides on other post but each time I try to put the code into the simple license entry it come instead of saying success it says error and doesn't work. (im a university student and ive been using the code BK400407EDSTUDENTUNICL)

Hi,

before starting relicensing procedure remove expired license files from C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory. I suggest yout to move all files from C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory into some backup directory.
