How can I share the question with my team member?

Hi, I want to ask about how to share this question with my team member.

for example, I want this question share with inseob lee acount(IL_10762531),

But when I tag here with '@' I cannot find his account. (below screenshot)

@Inseob is not actually a username for an individual community member.  You would need to know each individual username for everyone in the inseob company that is registered for the PTC Community.  Your colleague with the username

@hae_inseob.lee   

has the DEFAULT username

The Community Management team encourages members to personalize their usernames instead of keeping the default but it is not required to change their default.
