I was just Kudo'ing someone and got this message:
What might have caused this?
Quit out of the page and re-entered, and then was able to Kudo a response.

Hi, Sorry for the delayed response. I was just noticing this issue last week as well. It seems intermittent. If the Community Team notices this again we will investigate. Please reply to this thread if you see more error messages.
