Took at least two minutes to login - shouldn't really take two seconds Smiley Sad

PS Also got:

Interestingly 2mins 9 seconds (which I have seen reported somewhere else)

Logon is to support.ptc.com using Chrome

Same here - independent from Browser or OS

The problem persists for about two weeks now, is on the side of PTC (not Lithium) and could not be fixed so far.

A disappointing sign of incompetence or ignorance.
