Where on earth do enhancements requests go?

Yes, I eventually found it.

My (a standard/normal?) screen resolution means I need to scroll to see it.

It's probably the least scanned (by eye) region of a page. Top left being the most scanned

It's not a prominent font.

The last time I attempted to submit an idea the method/location was different and it seems that these things move around with the seasons.
