Hi, where can we find Windchill and Creo Administration information for new administrators so they support future upgrades and installs

For that level of training, it is best to attend a training class.

If that is not an option, a subscription to PTC University will get you most of the material to administer both Creo and Windchill.

If you can't get that expense approved, there are videos on YouTube or ask questions in the community.
