Like Martin said, the trick is to sign out of support.ptc.com. If you don't sign out of there then the community will automatically keep signing you back in as the same user.
One other way around this really annoying bug (guess PTC will call it a feature) is to clear the the browser chronics (especially cookies or active logins) after you log out from the forum.
I really would prefer my login data here in the forum being different from that at PTC support! They serve different purposes anyway.
