Monitoring PTC Windchill through PTC System Monitor and User Experience Management

The presenter will take you through the improvements introduced in release 4.0 of the PTC System Monitor for improved business transaction monitoring. Attendees will learn best practices around Application Performance Monitoring and how to apply them through the PTC System Monitor. The presenter will also provide an overview of how User Experience Management can extend the capabilities of the PTC System Monitor all the way to the end-user.
