Windchill Support Job Description:
-Administer, modify, and maintain the Windchill 10.2 system and related software.
-Work with the Mechanical CAD user base.
-Manage user access and provide technical support.
-Troubleshoot system issues and make modifications.
-Test system functionality on a regular basis to ensure effective data handling and integrity.
-Other duties as assigned.
Windchill Support Required Skills:
-Associates Degree in Information Technology or related field.
-Advanced understanding and application of Windchill 10.2.
-PDMlink and related software Exposure to CREO software tool (v2.0) 2 years’ experience
-Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
-Strong Excel skills.
Windchill Support Desired Skills:
-Knowledge of Mechanical CAD tools.
-PLM Connector/CREO Packages.
-Troubleshooting and trend analysis.
-Customer service focus.
Windchill Support Required Experience:
-Minimum 5+ years in mechanical design support role.
