Creo Parametric CAD Modeling Challenge
For this seventh Creo Parametric CAD modeling challenge, you will be creating a fully mechanized assembly of the FTC game piece manipulator from FTC Team 5828 - E.M.P. Chaos. You need to know basic Creo Parametric assembly constraints, Kinematic constraints and assembly structure to complete the design. It is a complex model to create, and you will need to master Creo Parametric Pin constraints and limits to make it work correctly.
HINTS
- Use Creo Parametric 3.0 (the models cannot be opened in Creo Parametric 2.0)
- Do not allow constraint assumptions, all fixed models must have their rotation defined
- Complex connections will require more than one set of constraints
- Watch the robot in action in this video
- Set rotation limits where required to restrict the motion
- Open the Creo View model for hints
