3d plots not working in mathcad 15 student version

I have no problem with 2d but 3d do not show up. I have looked on the internet and some have suggested that I uncheck borders. I have tried everything I can think of. One person said to lower the resolution to 16 bit color, but I can't seem to do that on my system. I run 64 bit windows 8.1.
