Access to Knowlege Base and other resources.

How do I get access to the knowledge base and other resources?  I get a nice list of hits in the search but then get an "Access Denied - Insufficient Privileges" message when I try to access the information.

In order to get access to the knowledge base, you would need to have an active support account.

ROBERT HAHN‌, if you are running Schools edition software, you will not have access to the knowledge base. I'm not an academic sales specialist, but I would assume you need to purchase Creo w/a maintenance option to have access to the knowledge base.
